Why can't I get the software/drivers that came with my printer to install? I'm using Windows 10 64-bit Creators Update, and the setup goes through all the steps, except it gets stuck at 'Configuring Product.' A few minutes later, I get an error message with the window title saying 'E:hpzsetup.exe -wstub 1050184' and error message 'Fatal error during installation'.

I have plenty of disk space and RAM left, so it can't be that. Also, I turned off Windows Defender to prevent antivirus issues. How do I get it to work? I tried googling the error (including windows title), but I couldn't find any answers. I have HughesNet Gen5 (50 GB plan), and I connect to the modem/router using wireless, if you need info on that. (This would let us know if the printer is working fine.)Are you trying to configure the printer over USB or wireless?Request uninstall the printer software and settings that might have been installed during the setup, by following the procedure mentioned below.Uninstall the printer from 'programs and features' which can be accessed by doing a right-click on the Windows button (Please have the printer Off and disconnected during uninstallation.)Check in device manager, if the printer is listed there, please delete it.
